The Gamified HR Campaign that Re-Defined Engineering Culture
To create a one-of-a-kind, gamified HR campaign that not only showcases Konplan's unique engineering capabilities but also promotes company awareness in a way that stands out in the engineering industry.

Young adults interested in engineering careers, particularly those who are captivated by interactive and challenging experiences like escape rooms.
In collaboration with Circle Line, we designed an escape room experience situated within Konplan's engineering building. The game was based on a fictional story that ties into Konplan's engineering solutions for a more sustainable future. The campaign was complemented by a matchmaking-style website to form teams for the escape room.

All terms booked. Campaign was a success. Everyone in the Pilsen knows that there was an escape room and that Konplan was behind it,
